Distinctive Finish
Bramhall builders who work on period houses — extensions and remodelling meant to read as though they were always there.
About Distinctive Finish
Distinctive Finish works from Syddal Road in Bramhall under Nigel Smethurst, and the specialism is period property: renovations, remodelling and extensions “in keeping with the character” of the house rather than bolted onto it. Matching an extension to a period original is a different skill from building a good new box, and it is the thing they lead with.
What they do
Renovation, remodelling and extensions on period homes, loft conversions, restoration of period features, and bespoke joinery. They also make kitchens and bathrooms to measure, so a whole-house project can stay with one firm.
